Simpler Solutions strives to be recognized by paint manufacturers as the leading company for paint sampling innovation, bridging the gap between consumer demands and market offerings.

Second Place – $15,000

Hydrovate equips animal caretakers with efficient products that maximize animal health through the development of innovative hydration solutions.

Third Place – $10,000  
Vita “Intelligent” Labels – Harding University

Vita “Intelligent” Labels is a small label that changes color based on the pH balance of the food.

Boston Mountain Biotech – University of Arkansas at Fayetteville

Boston Mountain Biotech provides custom E. coli cell lines that allow pharmaceutical manufacturers to make their current products faster, with fewer losses, and more cost effectively.

Second Place – $15,000 
SpatiaLink Solutions – University of Arkansas at Fayetteville
Team Members: Steve Fortner, John Miller, Aaron Huffaker, Nate Allen, Bethany Haefner
Faculty Advisor: Dr. Carol Reeves
SpatiaLink Solutions develops software enabling category managers to break the mold of traditional business practices optimizing the shelf-design process whereby on-shelf availability is maximized and total supply chain costs are minimized.

Third Place – $10,000  
Learning DifferentiatED – University of Arkansas at Fayetteville
Team Members: Barry James, Senthil Raman, Brandon Wright, Brandon Hill
Faculty Advisor: Dr. Carol Reeves
Learning DifferentiatED’s software program, manaGED Prep program, provides a curriculum geared toward the adult learner and aims to increase student retention rates. Shorter completion times will also reduce long student waiting lists at adult education programs, and increase profits for its customers – adult education schools.
